Welcome to the Division of Police Administration

The Administrative Division of the Hillsboro Police Department consists of the Office of the Chief of Police and the Records Office.  This division maintains all police records and oversees the large scale operation of the department.  This office is staffed Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p.

Police reports are typically available 7-10 business days after the date of occurrence.  To check the status of a report, call the station and reference the incident number given to you by the reporting officer.  The cost of a printed report is $5.00, payable by cash or local check.
